Do's & Don'ts
Do's –
Things You Should Follow
Be on time! Check-in starts as per the schedule, and late entries might not be allowed.
Bring your essentials. Laptop, chargers, power bank, and anything else you need to code, don't forget them!
Stick with your team. No last-minute team swaps – work with the team you registered with.
Respect everyone. Treat fellow participants, mentors, and organizers with professionalism. No toxicity, no drama.
Meet the deadlines. Submissions after the deadline won't be accepted, no matter how cool your idea is.
Keep the venue clean. Use trash bins, and don't leave food or coffee cups lying around.
Follow the event schedule. Attend workshops, announcements, and key sessions. You never know what might help your project!
Ask for help. Stuck? Need guidance? Feel free to reach out to our mentors and volunteers.
Stay inside the venue. Once you're in, you're in! Leaving and coming back later isn't allowed (except for emergencies).
Accept the judges' decision. The jury's verdict is final. Winning is great, but learning and networking matter more!
Don'ts –

No damaging property. Handle all equipment, tables, and chairs with care – any damage is your responsibility.
No distractions. Don't be loud or disruptive. Let everyone focus on their work.
No Offensive or Harmful Content. Projects should not contain discriminatory, harmful, or inappropriate content.
No hacking or unethical practices. Stick to the rules. Any misuse of the network or hacking attempts will lead to instant disqualification.
